Sports Massage
Use sports massage to help prevent and relieve sports related injuries. Vigorous movements combined with stretches help prepare the muscles for intense training or events. Post-event; we slow down using traction, stretches and soothing movements to ease and rehabilitate your muscles.
Prenatal Massage
Nessell yourself in with cozy pillows on a heated table. Using lavender and chamomile we gently help our mom-to-be unwind. Massage is a great way to balance out the body while it is changing during pregnancy.
Reflexology
Eastern medicine suggests that there our specific points on the hands and feet that connect to every area of our body. Use reflexology for headaches, sinus pressure, nausea, or back pain, to name a few.
Reiki / Energy Balancing
Healing touch using "universal life-force energy." It is said that our bodies can heal themselves by tapping into and balancing our ki. (pronounced chi) Our ki becomes off balance when our bodies sense illness or emotional distress. We balance the 7 major chakras which brings a sense of connectedness with you and your body. This is very calming and can help keep you centered.
Hot Stone Therapy
Smooth heated stones are placed on the pressure points of your body, while I use two stones to massage your arms, legs and back. The heat penetrates the deeper most muscle layers. Its the ultimate way to treat yourself while still getting the body work you need. Great for chronic pain! Due to the set up time, this service is $90 for 90 minutes and is only available on Saturday and Sunday.
